  • The first goal I have in therapy is to non-judgmentally listen to your story and struggle and what you are hoping to accomplish. I will then gently come alongside you and utilize conversation and, if appropriate to your struggle, discuss the best management techniques to help facilitate the growth and healing you desire.

  4. Intervention that Aligns with Mutually Agreed Objectives and Goals

  5. Continuing Therapy till Goals are met

6. Plan for Termination
